Studio flat is comfortable, quiet, well appointed and in a great location to access the nearby Christies hospital. Owner was responsive, and the property offers great value for money. Also comes with a parking space.

Overall was great - minor point would be to have a little more kitchen equipment (plates, bowls, cutlery).
