We got a room with a view of the lake, which was so nice. The room was spacious, and there was a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The bed was confortable.

The breakfast was quite good. However, compared to the other three hotels of the same rating that we stayed at, it seemed to be missing a few options like omelets or sausages — only fried eggs were available.

Nice views over the lake, shared by the pool, which looked good but it was a bit early in the year. Breakfast was really nice on the roof terrace. Staff were very keen to help with bags which could be needed for some.

Access to the property is up a very steep hill, it’s at the top of this hill, after entering the gate, there are a lot of steps down. It was difficult to get air into the room, weather was cool but the heating pipes are under the floor in the room, we put the air con on but then the light from it is bright.

Its very beautiful veiw and Yusif was very gentle

The heating of the Deluxe Double Room with Bath is by means heated floors, which are not separate per room, but common for all rooms in the building. It thus CANNOT be turned off, making it super hot inside the room! The only remedy is opening the sliding window, which makes the temperature inside the room fluctuate depending on wind, and is a safety concern during the night or while not present. (When the issue was reported to the staff, the response was that they could not turn down the heat. I got sick eventually by being totally disrupted) Also, breakfast is served very late, starting at 9:00a.m., which makes it practically unusable for 90% of people. (Also when requesting an earlier, simplified breakfast, the response was that it was not possible). The last night, before check-out, the staff called my room telephone at 1:30a.m. because my colleagues had to pay for their laundry service, which apparently couldn't wait until morning (although it eventually had to because I couldn't pay for them).
