Sapanca View Hotel

A good small hotel located on a high rise overlooking Sapanca Lake and has a nice swimming pool overlooking the lake. Breakfast is good. The staff is cooperative.

Everything was as I expected..nothing bothered me.

The view was very good. They allowed check in 12 PM.

- There are some insects and butterflies that could enter into the room. -My reservation was for 2 persons including the breakfast. However, they provided us with breakfast for one person only ! and we requested at least the eggs and menimen for the 2nd person and they provided but in the checkout they requested me to pay for the eggs which I refused. Literally, they are trying to get extra money from your stay (which is generally expected but not like this). -They refused complementary 60-90 minutes late checkout (thier right) even though there is availability for our room type. However, they weren't flexible enough to allow it.

- the room doesn’t have a dressing table and the bed was small & uncomfortable - The bathroom smell stinks -There are many butterflies in the room and garden as well -no elevator in the hotel -very bad breakfast , served on the table and repeated breakfast & if there are any changes in ur order you’ll be charged on it without your knowledge , unclarified instructions about the breakfast , butterflies attack people , weak internet connection , damaged fridge , owner of the hotel was very disrespectful and was forcing us to pay the extra charges without informing us about it before, electricity was glitching . There was no iron and ironing table in the hotel.

With few improvements this hotel can be really good. The room was very big, view was nice, the terrace of breakfast very beautiful. Staff very kind

In the room was a lite background smell of smoke, in some part the cleaning could be better ( on th border of the door for example). Also some insects come inside the room ( I saw there is a missing part in the mosquito net, so insects can go trough it)

The view
