good location, clean swimming pool and did not have breakfast

bad service from the manager , i was called in the middle of the night by some male stranger threatening me for complaining about cold water, no aircon, TV not working and that i get charged for the iron R10 per item and i was asked to pay for the two people who came to see me around 3am n left and 7am . I also did not like the fact that young girl was working alone day and night with the place being fully booked with lots of guest wanting her attention, it was overwhelming for her and also the fact that she is so scared and nervous, you ask or request something she reply by saying the boss will shout at me, at a later stage i could understand because i was called by some person stating he is the owner and started threatening me and i was told not to write this on the reviews rather tell them in person. I feel pity because the reviews are saying the total opposite of what they offer and what i experienced. Kids area also need some renovations. It will be an advantage for the Guest house maybe have one of the staff members who is a South African in order to be able to communicate in other languages, there were guest from NW who could only speak Setswana they were struggling to communicate in English

I love the welcum so warm n friendly.i love our room and it was very clean.the pool also.the place is beautiful 😍 Lucky for me it was my birthday.they did all the settings I quested.thank you so much.
