The Palms Brighton

Brilliant house for a birthday gathering. So much space - loved the kitchen and garden area. Lots of bedrooms and sleeping options. Great communication from Una and super smooth check-in process.

Can't fault the house too much but could benefit from a second bathroom / sink in the toilet if having a large number share

We stayed with a group of 7 guys and had plenty of sleeping options. In the run up to our stay, Una was super helpful and responded to all my queries quickly. Upon arrival the house was clean, beds made with towels on each, and air fresheners throughout. The shower was super hot and steamy! Town and the lanes were within easy walking distance. Our deposit was also returned same day, shortly after checkout once the house cleaner confirmed we had left the property how we had found it. It genuinely was a pleasure dealing with Una, thank you for making it such a stress free and enjoyable experience

The property was lovely and perfect for our group of 9 people!

It would have been great if there had been a couple dishwasher tablets available and some toiletries available but there was a shop a quick walk away so not the end of the world.

Great location, great house and very comfortable and it was very clean. Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

We loved the space and character of the property. We each had our own room and lots of lovely communal space too. The kitchen is really well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. We were a group of six and the second toilet was a big plus too. We also loved the digital entry so we could come and go separately without worrying about keys. It is a great location and easy to walk to the beach and town, or get Ubers. We found free parking near the house for the weekend, only a few minutes walk. Una was an amazing host and excellent communication throughout. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

The property was large and full of character. It felt like a very authentically Brighton home and had all the amenities you could ask for. The digital lock on the door was also very handy for a group that is coming in and out at different times.
