Brand new furniture and nice interior. The location is amazing close to everything by walk. The entrance of the building is old but the apartments brand new. Highly recommended.

The house is quite old, but it is a cozily furnished, brand new small apartment with the necessary equipment for a short stay. The Rustaveli metro stop is 3 minutes away.

Unfortunately, there are no elevators. High stairs on the 2nd floor, which is not mentioned. This is not correct. If you have problems with stairs, don't choose this one.(Interestingly, the current photos do not show the apartment where we lived. This may not apply to the apartments offered now, but this is what I have experienced.)
