Baby Art Apartment

Great location, very central, in the older part of town, yet close to many restaurants and the lake front.

No internet access due to lack of security code for wifi access. No response to text message/SMS to host to ask for it. Router finally discovered in heating cupboard, but the code on it did not work with either of the two most obvious wifi lines. No welcome folder anywhere in the apartment with the necessary information. Information received prior to arrival only contained info on key collection, but nothing else. Property was quite cold. (I needed double layers in the night - in October! This was also commented on by other guests.) Property could have been cleaner and better looked after: poorly closing shower door, wobbly toilet role holder, etc. Mold on shower frame, and spider webs in the corners of the rooms (with small spiders in it). Fridge not much larger than a hotel mini bar (but has sizeable freezer compartment). Note that one has no real view to the outside world (i.e. that the windows are 'clouded' to prevent easy looking-in).

Lovely, clean apartment with everything one might need in a beautiful part of Arona. Eleonora was a fantastic, welcoming host who gave clear check-in instructions and help throughout the stay.

The sofa bed could be improved to be more comfortable. Guests should know that there is a nearby bar/disco with loud music until the early hours. This is evidently not reflective of the apartment or the lovely hosts, but it was sadly disruptive.
