We enjoyed our time there, the home was cozy and close to everything we needed while on our trip. The games were a hit with the kids. Plenty of sleeping beds for a family get away.

"Wonderful family reunion weekend in beautiful Texas wine country setting."

Lots of room for our family getaway! House was spotless and there were plenty of the necessities (towels, trash bags, soap, etc). Keyless entry at the front door made house easily accessible to all 3 couples. Our son & daughter appreciated that they could bring their dogs and the fenced backyard was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood but still close enough to town that we could easily walk there for breakfast and to visit the National Museum of the Pacific War (fabulous!) on Friday morning. The guys enjoyed riding bikes in The Tour de Boerne on Saturday while the ladies enjoyed nearby wineries. After the guys cleaned up we enjoyed more winery visits and a delicious dinner at Otto’s. Family game night at the spacious dining table completed our day.

No major complaints! Only comments: kitchen trash can is missing its lid, master bathroom toilet seat is missing a screw, shower stall door leaks a bit when completely closed, lots of ants on the backyard chairs making them unusable, love seat must have lost its seat support (still useable but big drop when you sit down), storm door on front is broken and stands open so it could probably be removed.
