Olivuzza Rooms in Apartment

Todo perfecto.

We had a wonderful stay in Palermo! The apartment is perfectly located, just a short walk from the city center, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need – from kitchen essentials to air conditioning, which was a huge plus during the warm days. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything. We truly felt at home. Everything was perfect – we highly recommend this place!

Rooms as advertised, very pleasant stay. Shared kitchen and two shared bathroom facilities. Coffee machine in kitchen with pods available, and many spices and oil in kitchen cupboard. Hair dryer was good. Host was very good and friendly, communicating through text.

Some simple things could be done to improve - bathroom is very clean but could be better, for example replaced bath mats and toilet brushes which are quite dirty. Locks on internal doors very difficult to use.

Quiet neighborhood with some local restaurants.It's a bit far from center (around 20 minutes walk).It was nice stay for me.Thanks Claudia for quick response whenever I have questions.

Kitchen is well equipped, host communicated quickly.

the bed sheets were not clean upon arrival and we had to ask the host to change them. shower curtains are moldy. the apartment is a bit far from the center
