Shiny Rooms Verona

It’s a renovated apartment that was clean and had a fridge both in the room and in the shared area. There was a washer and dryer, a space to make breakfast, and overall a really nice setup.

The room had a balcony, but it wasn’t easy to sit out there in the evening because it’s in a residential neighborhood, and even the slightest noise or conversation could cause issues. Also, there was only one chair, so as a couple we couldn’t both sit outside we had to bring the stool from the bathroom. One of the bath towels was torn from wear and tear, but that wasn’t a big deal. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows weren’t they were too firm. There was also a soundproofing issue: we could hear the couple next door talking and using their bathroom. When we arrived, we had some trouble with the key locker it was stuck, but a guest from the next room helped us open it. That same night, we ended up helping the next guests check in because they had the same issue with the lock. Also, I found the online check-in process a bit excessive. It didn’t take 5 minutes like stated it took closer to 15’. I had to take out both passports, take a photo of my face, another one holding the passport, and enter my place of birth, current address, nationality, etc. Honestly, it would have been easier if someone just came by the property the next day to verify everything especially since you mentioned in our conversation that you check everything yourself. In any case we didn’t meet you.

La TV non era accessibile

Ubytovanie bolo moderné a v blízkosti bolo všetko potrebné. Klimatizovaná izba veľké plus keďže sme boli v lete tak sme to veľmi ocenili 😉

Ubytovanie bolo síce čisté no bola tam jemná zatuchlina zo špinaveho mopu. Hodina na pešo od centra. Papierové steny, všetko z každej strany naokolo bolo do izby dosť počuť, cize sa nevyspite dobre. Stolík so stoličkami na balkóne nebol, ako je na fotkách
