Actually the owner asked to book another bungalow and asked us to cancel the booking. So i cancelled the booking.

"The property was different than booked, it was Exotica Villa"

The property location was good, room sizes were decent, facilities were ok.

The hotel was not clean, sheets were not changed. Attitude of service providers was bad, the property was different than selected on the site. Food was extremely sad.

Pool at the second floor

The AC in one room wasn't working. Once we switch off the AC then again we need to call the caretaker to get his remote to switch the AC back on as the remote kept in the rooms were not functioning properly
