USEverything was perfect, in the right area!! Walking distance
The kitchen table and chairs wasn’t there & the curtain in the bathroom by the twin room was dirty.
USThe property was as described/photo's and was excellent for our needs. No problems getting in and during our stay. Very clean in the room. Great location with a number of restaurants within walking distance.
When I researched the property there was no mention of the the additional $75 cleaning fee. I must have missed it until it came due to to charge my card and then it was to late for me to look for other places. The carpeting in the building hallway had some major stains on the carpet which made us wonder about the place until we got inside our apartment which was great. The stains may have just happened and the building management company may not have had time to cleans it up.

The only thing that may have been a problem was out of your control. The code box at the main door stopped working Saturday afternoon. There was several people that led us to one of the other three entrances.
USGreat location, and I loved the overall look of the apartment.
The icemaker and water dispenser on the refrigerator didn't work. Also, you may want to take a look at the lock on the front door of the unit. It takes forever for it to lock. It seems like their may be an issue with the locking mechanism.
