LOCATION IS GOOD..STAFF IS GOOD

.THEY NEED TO IMPROVE ON HOUSEKEEPING..LINENS ,TOWELS WERE DIRTY.BATHROOMS NOT WELL CLEANED.

Hotel located in the middle of the market. Very accessible. Very friendly staff

I can't believe it, they've got these renovations happening, constant drilling, hammering, and all that racket! I actually bothered to complain to the receptionist, but they just didn't care, and the noise persisted from 10 in the morning until 6 in the evening. It's just so frustrating – we came back from our Darshan, all we wanted was a peaceful nap, and they completely ruined it! Check before booking, seems their renovation is never ending

I left my NEW travel luggage bag till I'm back from vaishnodevi darshan . After I'm back I received my luggage bag with so many scratches and damaged which I believe due harsh handling..

Restaurant service can be made operational atleast for tea or coffee. But its understood that hotel is new and is still putting its lega through its justifiable and reach to market is so apt that you don’t feel that a lot of restaurant not being functional
