Tôi không thể liên hệ được để lấy phòng. Gọi điện, nhắn tin, gửi email đều không có trả lời. Tôi bắt đầu nghi ngờ đặt căn hộ trên trang vì đây là lần thứ 2 tôi đặt căn hộ ở Đà Nẵng trên này đều bị thế này rồi.

The location was good, close to the beach and local stores, laundry and restaurant.

As we arrived, the staff had us waiting for 15 minutes in the foyer. When someone finally arrived to show us to our room, we were told to have a look and see if we are happy before we continue with checking in - this immediately made us sceptical. The room we were shown to was not what we booked at all. The apartment looked completely different from the images on Booking.com and did not have a partial sea view as promised (complete city view only). Once I pointed this out to the staff, they phoned their manager and asked us to wait again. The apartment was also not cleaned yet, and the staff said that if we are happy with the room they would proceed to clean and prepare it for us. After waiting another 10 minutes or so, we were shown another two apartments with partial sea view. The one apartment was okay for us, so I asked if we can proceed to stay for one night with possible extension and not the 4 nights as we were originally going to stay. They said that it will be okay but charged us 4x times the price and said that if we are not happy with the price, we should cancel on Booking.com. After an hour of being sceptical and confused, we took our bags and left.

Very close to the Beach, local restaurants and massage parlors and a convenient store right outside the hotel.

It was far different from the photos — the 3-bedroom unit was stinky and had lots of dust. The bed was stiff and the bedrooms didn’t have curtains instead it has pieces of cut cardboard or box. No water provided and toiletries, when asked for it the host said we can boil water or buy downstairs. Not hospitable. It was very frustrating that the persons, 3 of them assisting us in person for check-in could not speak a single English word making our check-in process disastrous, uncomfortable and wasted almost an hour. It’s also a bit sketchy because the listing says Pay at the Property and on the day of arrival, several phone numbers are reaching out demanding for payment or deposit and their numbers are not listed on the listing. And if you won’t pay, they threat that that your reservation will be given to another party.

It was a scam don’t book it

It was a scam, I booked and I went there on my first night to Da nang and there was no apartment no one there. Owner never replied to my calls.
