The dark dirty linen, dirty floors and walls. No remote for gate we have to call reception when leaving and coming back. 5min before chexk out they knock on doors as though you didnt know

The WiFi was fast. The sheets were clean. How showers.

We paid for two nights but left after one night because the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. Firstly, the place is listed under one name but the actual building has a different name, which made locating it unnecessarily difficult. The person giving directions was rude, unhelpful, and unable to explain basic landmarks. We were also never informed that the building is not called Rainbow Palace, which wasted time and caused frustration before we even arrived. The room itself was disgusting. It was dark, poorly maintained, and had a strong stale, mouldy smell. Surfaces were dusty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The toilet seat was covered in brown stains, which is completely unacceptable. I even tried to clean it myself using toilet paper and dish soap, but the stains were ingrained. Only after calling did they send a worker to clean it — something that should never be the guest’s responsibility. There was no iron in the room, and the one eventually provided was faulty. It stuck to the fabric and nearly burnt my graduation gown, which was devastating given the importance of the occasion. The shower curtain was filthy, covered in old soap scum, and there was no hand soap at the sink — another basic item we had to request. To top it all off, every time we wanted to leave the property, we had to call someone to come and open the gate. This constant inconvenience made the stay extremely frustrating. This experience was deeply disappointing and completely ruined my graduation mood, a moment that should have been joyful and memorable. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for important events. This place does not meet even the most basic hospitality standards.
