Private parking , host really kind, full breakfast (not continental breakfast: only sweet) The host also provide fresh croissants for the guests. There's a real coffe machine free of charge for all the guests.

The room does not have soundproof windows and it's really noisy because it's near the main street so it could not be you first choice if you have problems falling asleep, The Orem doesn't have central heating but only the splitter for air conditioning/heating.
