Luxury Coral Dream

Esperienza molto deludente e assolutamente non da 5 stelle. L’appartamento era sporco, con asciugamani sporchi, sporcizia diffusa e una forte puzza di muffa in tutta la casa. In lavanderia erano presenti secchi con acqua stagnante, segno di scarsa igiene e manutenzione. La descrizione è fuorviante: l’alloggio viene indicato come fronte mare, ma la spiaggia dista circa 1 km. Inoltre, i servizi indicati come centro benessere e parrucchiere non esistono. Dopo un paio di notti, siamo state costrette ad andare via, poiché la situazione igienica era diventata insostenibile. Nel complesso, l’appartamento non corrisponde a quanto pubblicizzato. Non consigliato.

Great location and comfortable space.

One of the showers had very low water pressure to the point that it wasn’t really usable. The listing indicates a beach umbrella is included. We didn’t have one in our room and they never provided one even after asking about it. It was great to have a water cooler for drinking water, but the water ran out mid-stay and was not replenished.

Virkelig god placering! 5 min til stort supermarked og 10 min til centrum med alle restauranter, café, strand og shopping gaden. En rigtig stor lejlighed med masser af plads til 5 personer. To soveværelser, badeværelser med brus. Transfer fra Cancún gik fint. Vi fik 3 store bæreposer med morgenmadsprodukter da vi kom og værten som vi bookede ved, tog i mod os da vi kom. Han var meget venlig og imødekommende. Igennem hele booking perioden var han nem at komme i kontakt med vedr. diverse spørgmål.

Trænger til renovering - det ses ikke så tydelig på billederne med den trænger. Div el-remedier virkede ikke. Kaffemaskine og toaster. Aircondition gik i stykker da vi var dernede så vi skulle bruge RFI til at tænde og slukke. Vi efterspurgte en til at lave det, men kom aldrig.

Very spacious apartments, with a toilet and bathroom in each bedroom. The location is very convenient: a supermarket and restaurants nearby, and only a 10–15 minute walk to the sea and the main street. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Viktor kindly introduced us to the area and recommended great restaurants. What we especially appreciated was the extra 1.5 hours we were allowed to keep our luggage in the room. Our flight was delayed for 7 hours and we had to stay longer, so it was a big relief that we could remain on the property until the evening. We truly appreciated the possibility to stay on the property after check-out. Our luggage was placed in the office, which allowed us to relax while the children enjoyed the pool.

The apartments are very spacious, though they feel slightly worn in some areas. The only thing to note is that luggage cannot be left unattended at reception, so it’s better to plan accordingly if you have a late evening flight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable.

El departamento es hermoso,solo que tiene muy mal wifi,nos cambiaron de cuarto por ese motivo y tampoco tuvimos wifi la conexion es muy mala.El desayuno lo tenes que hacer vos,el anfitrion te entrega los insumos(huevos,leche,cafe,frutas,galletas etc).Yo pense era un hotel y pense que el desayuno lo servian como cualquier hotel.El condominio es hermoso,muy comodo,el departamento tiene hasta lavarropas,reposeras,secador de pelo!

No me gusto que pague por el desayuno incluido y lo tuve que hacer yo,todos los dias,justo de lo que queria descansar,ya que viaje con mis hijos

The host accomodated us last minute. The condo was clean when we came, bed were comfortable, location was perfect. 5-min walk to grocery store, 7- min walk to Quinta Avenida and to pick up location to Xcaret parks and other excursions. Not a beach front like pictured but about 10-min walk to beach. Uncooked breakfast for 1 week was provided. Kids enjoyed the pool. I like the in-unit washer/dryer coz we always had wet clothes/ towels from the excursions.

The front desk personels do not speak English so it's hard to converse. On our 3rd day there was an issue with massive flooding from the above unit and affected our condo. I told the front desk in the morning, and we were out all day. We came back at around 9 PM only to find out it has not been cleaned. finally somebody came and soaked the water and he said that somebody will come in the morning to do a 'proper' cleaning. Nobody came and I ended up doing a thorough cleaning coz I did not want my little kids to be walking on dirty floors. I told the owner the next morning, and no explanation was given, although I was offered a discount for the next stay. The unit developed a musty odor after that. The unit was not cleaned for the 1 week that we stayed there, so we ended up doing it. The front desk refused to give me the number of the host so I was messaging him thru booking.com about the issues. Kitchen pots and utensils were provided but old and had either scratches on them or rusty knives/scissors. 2nd bathroom always leak out on the floor everytime somebody takes a shower. The water pressure on the toilets is poor so ended up having to flush it 2-3 times, although the showers had good pressure. I can share photos if interested.

Fomos alocados no 1o dia em um ap que não era o do anúncio com cheiro de mofo e itens de louça mofados tb, e no dia seguinte fomos realocados pro ap do anúncio. O café da manhã no anúncio não estava explícito q era realizado no próprio apto com compras feitas pelo host. Chuveiro em um dos quartos estava pessimo.

I absolutely loved the suite with all the amenities yiu need for a long stay,the staff was very helpful

It was an excellent overall experience. Very professional! My wife booked this place x my 40 birthday , great !
