Struttura molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Ubud e molto silenziosa nelle ore notturne. Diversi warung (ristorant) nella zona dove poter pranzare o cenare. Camere pulite e riordinate tutti i giorni. Colazione praticamente servita in camera e puntuale (occorre indicare un orario in cui si desidera fare colazione), buoni i pancake, la frutta, il succo e le uova cucinate bene. A disposizione degli ospiti viene fornito due volte al giorno un termos di acqua calda per prepararsi the/caffè. In conclusione mi ritengo soddisfatta del rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Lenzuola macchiate, asciugamani anche macchiati seppur lavati e puliti. Soffione della doccia pieno di calcare e quindi non perfettamente funzionante e base porta sapone rotta. Viene fornito bagnoschiuma e shampoo ma non lo abbiamo usato.

Well located.

Unfortunately the pictures shown are not a true reflection of the property. Rooms were small and stuffy. We took us 5x rooms. Two smelled like damp. Towls were stained. Mosquito nets need a wash. No fridge in room

"Excelente opção para curta estadia em UBUD para o valor por noite"

A cerca de 400 mt do centro de UBUS numa rua pouco iluminada, mas nunca se senti inseguro. O quarto correspondeu as expectativas do valor pago.

Edificio e quartos a necessitar de alguma remodelação/renovação.

La struttura offre con un extra il servizio di prelievo in areoporto, comodo e puntuale. Putra ci ha subito fatto ambientare spiegandoci molte cose durante il tragitto fino all’homestay. La struttura è molto bella, le stanze si affacciano sul cortile centrale con una scenografica piscina. Non sono eccessivamente grandi, ma comode e hanno tutto l’essenziale. Buona la colazione, fresca e preparata al momento, servita direttamente fuori dalla stanza. Molto gradito il thermos con acqua calda lasciato ogni sera, ottimo per un rilassante tè. Vicino alle stanze era inoltre presente un dispenser dell’acqua con cui rifornire le borracce, utilissimo per evitare lo spreco di bottiglie di plastica. Lo staff a gestione familiare molto cordiale e disponibile.

Il bagno aveva qualche piccola perdita, delle macchie di umidità sul soffitto e il soffione della doccia non erogava bene l’acqua, ma questo non ha rappresentato per noi un grosso problema.
