Suparsa's Homestay

Tot. Estava net, et portaven l’esmorzar a la tauleta de la terrassa. La piscina amb aigua fresca. L’entorn era preciós i la calidesa dels amfitrions. També tenien servei de massatges i em vaig fer un pack de dies hores.

Res, estava molt bé tot. Per dir algo el labavo una mica vellet però am mi no em va importar.

Eine familiäre, kleine Unterkunft. Zwei mal am Tag wird heißes Wasser frisch gemacht für Kaffee oder Tee. Das leckere Frühstück wird morgens aufs Zimmer serviert. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Kleine Läden und Supermarkt in der Nähe! Alles bestens

I would recommend the Suparsa homestay to everyone. The room was nice and clean, and the pool is amazing. In the homestay, you will experience Balinese life, peace, and energy. Location is good, you will have peace, but also be near the main street, markets, restaurants... Also, in the local temple, you can experience traditional dance two days per week. Hosts are so kind and friendly, they will help you to experience Ubud and its culture. Every morning, fresh exotic fruits were waiting for me on the terrace. You can order a delicious breakfast, fresh juicesand other drinks for a very good price. This place definitely deserves 10/10.

You live among the family that owns the hotel, they are all very friendly and helpful. Very cosy atmosphere.

The staff is very helpful; they assisted me with my luggage. The pool is nice to have; however, I haven't used it or seen other guests do. I was staying during the low season. If more rooms are occupied, it gets noisy, especially if a group of people is sitting outside their rooms. Water pressure was good, temp consistent; breakfast was included and sufficient (eggs, juice, pancakes, spreads and fruits). They were responsive over WhatsApp as well as at reception. It s short walk from Ubud centre, which is great, nearby pharmacy, shops, water temple, art museum etc.

I had to ask for sheets to be changed, the lamp shade dusted, and the wall cleaned because it was stained. Even after changing bedding, there were still marks. This shouldn't be the case with a 4* hotel/homestay. The path to the room isn't the easiest; it is narrow, with leaves in the way, there are stairs, and rocks on the ground. The room seems small, but it was okay for 1 person. I didn't like the noise the pool waterfall was making. It sounded like a water closet instead of an enjoyable water sound. I would turn it off if possible.
