Aucune insonorisation Nous avons été réveillés très tôt par chaque bruit de passage dans le couloir (les valises, les pas, les gens qui parlent fort) donc très mal dormi... Comme si on était dans un hall de gare C'est le seul défaut

Das Essen (sowohl Abendessen wie auch Frühstück) war enttäuschend Badezimmer veraltet, Ablauf der Dusche bei beiden von uns gebuchten Zimmer verstopft

PTPTMy second time here. Rooms are big and spacious and the view is breathtaking.
In case you want to relax, avoid weekends. They do massive parties there and unfortinately the reception doesn't care about the guest when they have parties. I saw at least this saturday 3 different rooms complaining with the sound and they did nothing. I was two floors up on the other side, doors closed and TV on the 10th of sound and still could hear everything. When going to reception, they avoid you and place a note saying the reception is not available at 10:00pm. Very bad management with poor consideration for guests. They should definetly at least do something to at least show some respect fpr the guests!!! It was very bad my last night
IEAmazing location in the mountains, beautiful views. Restaurant in the hotel (we paid 21pp for buffet dinner).
The hotel is a bit worn out, but that’s to be expected for the price.
