USLocation was great
One of the bathrooms got clogged and there was a water leak. The light in the kitchen was not working . There were no towels in the kitchen. The hot water would run out after 1 shower (the person with the second shower would not get almost any), and the hot water had been turned off in the kitchen . The first night we did not get one of the two heaters in the two bedrooms to work.
DEThe location
It was freezing cold when we arrived. It was end of November and after walking around the city the whole day, you expected to go home to a warm place. Instead, we had to look around for blankets and slept in hoodies. Both me and my husband got sick the next day. So disappointed!

GBLocation and size were brilliant and the beds very comfortable.
The shower overspills out of the wet room area which led to me having a nasty fall on the marble steps in the passageway. We let the owners know that water was spilling into the hallway but no response. We had to keep used towels on the entrance to the shower room to avoid the overspill. Think the shower drain needs cleaning out

Leakages in bathroom, no AC so very hot, lock to accommodation would get stuck quite often so difficult to open at times

Advertised with aircon, which was needed but this was not the case, just fans, it was very hot and so not comfortable to sleep, not helped by it being on a noisy road. Blind did not work in the kitchen which was where the sofabed is so very light and not good for privacy.. Only 2 bowls so not ideal for a family. Overall poor value for money.
