USThe room was clean, quiet, and was taken care of. The sign said "low rates" and I was grateful for the reasonable rate when I checked in. The building was safe and quiet. We enjoyed the stay. I would recommend it. I have a high rating, because it was a good stay.
We found a roach in the bathroom. But other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Good quality.
USBreakfast was good but no tea as provided. Only 1 ice machine worked on the 5th floor
Front desk too busy or ignoring answering the phone. Wifi was terrible. Didn't work the majority of the time and the ATT support number was totally useless. Heavy accent was unintelligible and knowledge of troubleshooting deplorable. No satisfaction after two calls. Sheetrock was being replaced in several hallways. Very unsightly and was not informed of remodeling during booking.
