Villa Nautica Paradise Island Resort

The location is nice. The hotel is very close to the airport. Lots of sport activities. The rooms with private pools was perfect.

I would advice to add more different options in the food menu.

The staff were very polite and cheerful. The food could have been better, but there was a good variety

Simply amazing! It was an unforgettable week and an incredible stay. We couldn't believe how nice everything was and how incredibly friendly everyone was—from our host Soltana, Aris and Nazmi at Captain’s Bar, Sudash at the Asian counter, and servers Onkar and Bishu at Bageecha, to entertainment manager Sami, and Kabita, Joyce, and Jona at the Kids' Club. The list goes on and on. Thank you all for the wonderful stay!

If there was one complaint, it would be that the standard beach villas are old.

Tout. Mais surtout l’humain. On était sur place quand ma mère a fait un malaise sérieux qui a nécessité une prise en charge médicale et un transfert à l’hôpital. L’équipe de Villa Nautica a été tout simplement exceptionnelle : réactivité immédiate, sang-froid, coordination parfaite avec les secours, accompagnement de la famille à chaque étape. Aucun détail laissé de côté — du suivi médical à la logistique, en passant par l’attention quotidienne pour s’assurer qu’on tenait le coup. Le personnel a su transformer un moment qui aurait pu être traumatisant en une expérience où on s’est senti réellement protégés et accompagnés. Au-delà de cet épisode, l’hôtel en lui-même est superbe : le cadre, la qualité du service, la restauration, les villas, l’ambiance : tout est à la hauteur de la promesse d’un resort de ce standing. Mention spéciale à Soltana et à toute l’équipe qui s’est mobilisée pour nous : merci.
