We had 2 rooms One was good & 2 nd was small and not up to the mark. Lift was. Not satisfactory

Bed sheets were with stains and were not fresh as washed ..

Nothing

It's a wasteful hotel. It is not what it seems. Don't judge from the photos. The staff is very poor. Room was not available even after I made advance payment. And given a small room in the same price. Reception staff is very rude.They told me that I can't do anything as you have made an advance booking. You can go if you don't want to. Booking.com company should do something. Not clean, small rooms, dirty bed sheets.Very bad hotel.
