Extra Central Modern Studio

The location was perfect, it was close to everything and there were many food spots, bars, grocery stores and entertainment areas surrounding the area. The apartment was also really cosy and clean and we had all the facilities we need.

The building was a bit old however there is an elevator and the apartment was very modern and lovely. Something which could have been better was perhaps having a bottle of water, as we arrived at night and we didn't have any and more toilet paper as we only had 2 rolls and it wasn't enough for 6 days.

The service of the owner was great. We asked for some extra toilet paper and towels since we were staying for 5 days, and it was delivered the very same evening. All the essentials are there and the bathroom has just been renewed, although it smelled a bit funky at times (guess it was the plumbing). The location is great, you’re in the heart of the city in no time and the metro/bus stops are just around the corner. It’s located near one of the busy areas of the city, filled with coffee shops and restaurants.

The bed wasn’t great. The matras is very hard and the pillows are very thin. Could be personal preference of course. The apartment is very noisy at times, especially when other people arrive home. The walls are thin, the first night our neighbor had some guests over until 01:30, which kept us up most of the time. But then again, if you’re a great sleeper, it shouldn’t be a problem.

We contacted the owner and didn't provide any solution. He asked for pictures as a proof, which we sent to the WhatsApp contact provided, but the only answer we got was related to the check out process . We are still waiting for the gloves and cleaning products we begged to clean it ourselves.

Absence of shampoo and/or shower gel

The location is amazing, very close to the cafes, bars, etc, but v quiet. It's easy to get to the airport bus stop and other transport links. The host gave very clear directions to get there and to get into the building. The shower was good and the bed was comfy.

The apartment is inside, with windows to the internal courtyard, and so there is very little natural light during the day. At night, the lights in the building stay on, so they shine through the curtains all night, making it hard to sleep if you like it dark. The noise of other people echoes around the courtyard, so although it's a quiet space, when someone closes a door or moves around outside it is very loud. We asked if we could borrow an iron and ironing board, but were told that this was not provided due to safety concerns (despite having a hairdryer, microwave etc in the apartment)... the other half couldn't wear a nice shirt! The pillows were odd... only v small, and we had one each. We found more in the cupboard but didn't have spare covers. There were some cushions that had splatters of what looked like bleach all over them... bit strange.

Nice and comfotable accommodation near the center. The apartment was clean and quiet .Wifi worked great.Also, The host was very cooperative and good responding.
