Rakuten STAY URBAN Shijo Teramachi

Kõik meeldis, eriti meeldiv oli, et sai käia võtmas all tasuta kohvi ja vajadusel jääd. Personal oli väga sõbralik. Meeldis veel ka see, et olime linnas, poed ja restoranid hotelli kõrval.

Polnud mis ei meeldiks. Ainuke asi kui nüüd nuriseda oli ebamugav padi.

Good location, big bed.

The person in charge of selecting the pillows on the bed definitely failed. I’ve never seen anything like that before.

Great stay, amazing location! Easy connected to Kyoto Station, but also walkable to main sights in Gion + shopping/food streets. The staff was nice and helpful especially to weigh our suitcases after the stay. Bathroom was a highlight!

- Bad wifi - The bed itself was comfy, but the pillow situation was a bit weird. We asked for different pillows after the first night, but also the new ones we received were weirdly heavy + hard to sleep on. So we slept in a mix of the hotel pillow + a blanket they provided. The staff really tried to help, but they just didn't have any "normal pillow". Never had this "complaint" before in my life and this is surely subjective, but we found it worth mentioning

Nice room and good location

La posizione è tranquilla e poco rumorosa, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata in città. Le stanze sono spaziose per gli standard giapponesi, con letti comodi e un ambiente ben organizzato. La pulizia è ottima. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort essenziali per la cura personale (set di cortesia), come dentifricio, spazzolino, pigiama e prodotti per lavarsi. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Migliorerei sicuramente la colazione. Sarebbe utile offrire anche opzioni più vicine agli standard occidentali, perché non tutti apprezzano al mattino piatti come insalata, carne, pesce o riso. Alcuni ospiti potrebbero preferire una colazione dolce, con prodotti come croissant, torte o yogurt. Personalmente, non ho praticamente mai fatto colazione: essendo vegetariana, le opzioni disponibili erano limitate e spesso consistevano in insalate con cipolla e pomodoro, che non sono proprio ideali da mangiare al mattino. Inoltre, aggiungerei qualche ripiano o spazio d’appoggio in più nella stanza: al momento è difficile sistemare vestiti e oggetti personali, e si è costretti a lasciare tutto in valigia.

Ubicación , la atención y el hotel era hermoso.

We loved our stay here while we were in Kyoto. Great spot, close to trains and nishiki market, room was comfy!

The pillows were pretty weird.
