L'emplacement est idéal, c'est calme mais très proche de la rue principale. L'appartement est idéalement agencé et rénové très récemment. 2 salles de bain et une décoration très jolie. Le lit est confortable et il y a la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée et à l'étage. L'hôte répond très rapidement sur Whatsapp. Je recommande !

"Olbia is a city. La Costa Smeralda is incomparable."

The location was great. The host, Claudio, was available to answer to our demands and helped resolve rapidly some small issues we had at our arrival. The property is contemporary and well air-conditioned.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of Olbia. A minute walk to the main street in the old town with numerous bars & restaurants. Apartment is just as described. Beautifully appointed, bathroom on both levels. Modern design. Quiet despite being so close to the tourist/restaurant precinct. Host was very responsive.
