Labai rūpestingi šeimininkai, gera lokacija, gražus vaizdas per langus, saugi parkavimosi aikštelė, nuostabiai įrengtas butas, netgi buvo ledo kubelių šaldytuve, buvo palikti segtuvai su nuorodomis, ką pamatyti(aišku anglų kalba būtų geriau, bet esmę supratom).

Byt, byl naprosto perfektní v 5 patře s výtahem. Novostavba,velká koupelna s pračkou, prostorná lodžie, venkovní rolety, podlahové vytápění, klimatizace, pohodlná postel(ne moc tvrdá, ani měkká), podzemní parkování(výtah hned vedle), žádný hluk od sousedů, kuchyně vybavená(včetně myčky nádobí), s mikrovlnou troubou.
