"Davvero un’ottima struttura, la terremo presente per i prossimi soggiorni e nella bella città di Bergamo"

Bellissima camera arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort, con un letto comodissimo, situata in una zona tranquilla anche se non vicinissima al centro. Al piano terreno della struttura si trova inoltre un ottimo ristorante che offre prelibati piatti pugliesi. Siamo stati benissimo

Se proprio posso dare un suggerimento, manca in doccia un piano per poter appoggiare sciampo e bagno schiuma.

"Nice place but wouldn't prefer again because of the check-in process"

There was a nice bar downstairs.

The check-in process for the facility is very tedious. You have to download an app to your phone, and I really didn't like that. Days beforehand your mailbox starts getting flooded with messages asking you to install the app, it's very annoying. You upload your ID to the app and receive the door codes that way, and none of them arrive immediately; you have to check repeatedly. If you don't like digital apps or you struggle with them, I would definitely not recommend it. Unfortunately there is no alternative to the app (I asked, they said it's the only way).
