"Bad"

Our check in was at 3pm, but we arrived at 1pm. After the night without sleep we asked to check in earlier. The stuff said the room is ready but they can’t do check in without extra payment. The room was already ready. I’ve never seen it before. Very disappointed

"Very good"

Great staff, very gentle, young and always ready to help. The room was big and clean, with a a big bed and a wardrobe. The part with the "kitchen" was nice, with a couch, a little table with 2 chairs and a television. The position is good, there's a 7eleven near and walking for 3 minutes you can find a laundry, but even a bakery and walking just 5 minutes there's a Cash and Carry (it's a little mall).

As suggestion I say they could put a mini-fridge in the room, because Manila is so hot that you always need to drink cold stuff. And it would be nice to put something like a night table near the bed and a light!
