The food and the location

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Everything from the management to the hygiene standards was extremely disappointing. It took them three days just to unblock the shower drain, which is completely unacceptable. There was also no mirror in the bathroom, and although I asked several times, the staff kept saying they would install one, but it never happened during my stay. The room had a terrible smell and was full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to stay there. Overall, the lack of basic maintenance, poor hygiene, and unprofessional management made this a very unpleasant experience. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Die familiäre Atmosphäre! Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Bucht an dem das Hotel liegt ist einer der schönsten auf Koh Phangang.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig, aber das ist nur ein kleines Manko.
