El alojamiento es muy cómodo, bien equipado y cuidado al detalle; las camas eran especialmente cómodas, lo que hizo que descansáramos muy bien. Todo estaba limpio y en perfecto estado, y no echamos nada en falta durante la estancia. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue inmejorable: muy atenta, cercana y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier duda o necesidad, lo que hizo que todo fuera aún más fácil y agradable. El barrio es muy tranquilo y agradable, ideal para descansar. Hay aparcamiento en la calle y, además, un parking muy económico a menos de cinco minutos caminando, lo cual resulta muy práctico. En resumen, una experiencia totalmente positiva. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable para alojarse en Perth.

Durante los días en los que nos alojamos hacía mucho frío. Es cierto que eran días excepcionales por una ola de frío ártico y aunque la casa cuenta con calefacción y chimenea y es calentita, es cierto que en esas situaciones extraordinarias se echaron en falta unas mantitas para el salón.

"A lovely Christmas at Georgian Park View Apartment, Perth"

The cleanliness and decor of the apartment was excellent and it had a lovely outlook. There was a most lovely welcome when we arrived with background music playing and Christmas tree lights on. Our host, Samantha was always most prompt and friendly to anything we asked.

We did find at times it a little cold and maintaining a pleasant warm temperature was a bit tricky.

"Excellent Apartment , Superb Views , Highly Recommend to Stay here"

We liked the apartment , The size of it , The decor , The view and the location . The parking was very close by and veery reasonably priced .

That we couldn’t stay longer !! But will do the next time.

"A beautiful cosy historic apartment, well located."

The property has gorgeous original Georgian features and nice decor and with the heating in each room we were very cosy. It was also great to have access to a washing machine and clothes airer, a bonus on a long trip. Much appreciated.

Definitely the stairs!
