Aurum Ponte Deluxe

We had a parking problem with our car. The owner was extremely helpful in helping us get it resolved. He was not obligated to do it. He also left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. This helped to overcome our one concern that the apartment was not easily accessible from the street address. Also, because we are in our 70s, we didn’t expect a 4th floor walk up.

Very well located, close to key attractions. The apartment's decor is modern and new.

There were five flights of stairs but the host was very kind to help us with our luggage - ace.

This place was amazing hidden gem of Zadar wonderful kind hosts and a beautiful apartment with the best people watching views. So peaceful home from home. All the little extras were perfect thank you so much we will be back. P.S thank you for the anniversary gift very kind 🥰

Perfect location & view,, clean, comfortable bathroom. The host waited with cold drinks in the fridge. We got a small present from the host.

No elevator available 4th floor can be a challenge, for 2 person is comfortable, for 4 can be small.

Very comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. Ideal location for visiting the old town of Zadar., and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts have attention for detail, nice simple additional touches such as chocolates, coffee pods Netflix access etc. Also good communication from the host.

Not a complaint but parking might be an issue in peak season, although this is clear in the description. We didn’t have any issues in April, parking on the street outside the property. The host again advises various areas to park and responds quickly if you park somewhere and you’re unsure if there are fees. Big plus for the host! Otherwise all was good.

The apartment and hosts were fantastic and we were able to check in early and there was chocolates cake fruit and drinks supplied for us. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and location is perfect. Simply stunning place to stay!

This was the nicest appartment of my trip around Croatia! The hosts were easily reachable, checked in on how I was doing, and were also flexible on arrival time/dropping luggage off. Would highly recommend!
