Lovely location, our return visit after a week in the Congo. Same great staff and a good-sized room this time.

Our only problem was with one of the young gate-keepers. He was ungrateful for the 20k UGX tip for carrying our luggage and later demanded we buy him a drink from the bar OK . We avoided him after that. The other one, named Blaze, seems completely honest and helpful.

Wonderful location, close to the lake. Only a short stroll to Victoria Mall if you need supplies.

We were given a box room, despite having paid for the larger one.

Stayed here for a night to scout it out for the group trips I lead, but I don’t think this will make it on future itineraries. The location is GREAT, and the garden is pretty.

The staff wasn’t ever around to help and couldn’t answer half my questions, smells of fish outside, lots of swarming bugs, difficult to control water temp in shower with minimal pressure, hard bed, no drinking water in room, and just overall vacant vibe.

Very close to Lake Victoria and a great view from the Balcony. Stuff is great and flexible

Good location and Shiva and all the team were lovely and extremely helpful. Walking distance to the lake and large supermarket and good cafe in the shopping centre. Close to the botanical gardens and Entebbe golf club

Meals very poor quality and waiting time too long, 45’ for the dinner e 30’ for the breakfast, just other 2 clients
