I have been scammed at this hotel.. i booked through booking.com.. someone from Oyo called me on the 15th saying that my booking would be canceled unless i made a prepayment.. i arrived at the hotel and finished paying, but it turned out not booking.com reservation but a separate Oyo booking, and at a higher 50% price.. Oyo and the hotel are not cooperative in getting this fixed..

The hotel staff was good

Everything was good, just the lift wasnt working..otherwise no complaints

They cancelled our booking last minute even after the payment. They had given us an option of partial payment, which we successfully completed. On the day of arrival they informed us that we can't check in into the hotel.

Horriblle hotel, unpleasant front desk person, booking.com has cheated us, they have mentioned this is four star property, also beakfast included, this is not even single star, on the night of our stay few bachelors in opposite room where making soo much noise at 10 pm, hotel reception did not take any action, when i called reception, they made a call to that room but still noise continued, the restaurant is not in operation, then how booking.com charged for breakfast
