"Bad stay in lacresidenza , only location good"

The hotel has deteriorated like hell. The pictures are all 5-6 yr old when last time I had stayed in 2019. Floors are not clean , smelly rooms and bathroom not maintained. Top floors converted into flats only ground floor some 5 rooms are given for rent . Aldo grand reception in front vanished .

"Stay was good except few hick ups."

My breakfast was offered complimentary. it was good, though small in quantity. The room was quite spacious. quite comfortable.

The hot water in the bathroom was not available as the water heater was damaged. There was no bed light working in the room. The reception was bad as my booking was not recorded. There was a communication gap between my booking agents ie Booking .Com and the Guest House booking desk. Unfortunately I had to wait for two hours until the room was made ready for me to occupy.
