Alles sehr sauber, Klimaanlage top, Motorräder standen sicher im Hof, netter Kontakt, haben auch gut im Restaurant Bistro Urban La Caruta Burger 🍔 gegessen wo dem Inhaber von der Vila Roza gehört 👍🏼

Clean room and efficient staff, beds were comfortable, showers were nice! there are coffee machine , refrigerator, microwave, induction stove,toaster and utensils at basement . Walkable distance to city centre, had a wonderful stay and also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Urban Bistro which is run by hotel owner.

Nothing

Well set up property with shared kitchen facilities with free coffee, nice outside spaces and secure parking. Our room was comfortable and had air-conditioning.

First of all: I was in the middle of a long, very exhausting trip. In fact, I was running from war in Ukraine, and staing here was my first normal sleep in weeks. Check-in process was seamless: I just called an owner, and they told me the password and which room is mine. Everything was super-clean and ready for guests. Coffee machine is included. Also, the owner forgave me for taking a couple of drinks from the minibar and not leaving cash, since I only had money on my card and I was leaving very early when no one from the staff was there. For this alone, I'd give them 11 out of 10 rating. And also sorry for not being able to repay for your service in that exact moment :(

The fence door (exit from the property) was locked, and I didn't know how to open it. In other case I'd simply ask a staff member or call the owner, but I was in the hurry (had a bus at 5:30 am) and decided just to go over it. I'm not proud of it - just wanted to say that I was looking for the instruction on how to properly check-out myself and didn't find one, and decided not to disturb anyone so early (5:00 am)
