I enjoyed the room, the location and the staff were helpful. Easy access and sorted us when we were in need.

The general upkeep of the rooms could be better. You can tell the degradation of use through the years. I feel some of the finishings were poorly selected - these could be upgraded when they do refurbishments.

we had the pool right in front of us when coming out the door

you couldn’t really air the room and the people could just look into it if we didn’t close the curtains because we had the room on the ground level.
