We loved to stay in this apartment. You have everything what do you need. Apartment is very big and with a beautiful view.

Please if it's possible to change the Bed..... it's old and uncomfortable 😣. We would like to recommend this apartment, but only if.....will be another Bed 😭

Aus allen Zimmern traumhafter Meerblick über die Bananenfelder. Die sauberste, liebevoll eingerichtete und bestausgestattetste Wohnung, die ich unter all meinen bisherigen Anmietungen in den letzten Jahren (mehrfach auch Madeira) jemals hatte. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Wäschewechsel nach einer Woche ohne explizite Nachfrage, Restaurantempfehlungen und sehr schnelle Hilfe bei jeder Art von Rückfrage. Super Service.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Bisschen hohe Rate für das Auto. Ansonsten hat die Abholung und das Zurückgeben des Autos super geklappt. Die Lage vom Appartement bietet Abendsonne. Sehr geräumig. Totale Ruhe - man hört absolut nichts.

Das Appartement liegt tief. Nicht geeignet für Leute mit Gehproblemen, da man 3 x über Treppen runter muss. Durch die umliegenden Bananenplantagen sehr viele Mücken. Ich hatte daher hauptsächlich die Türen zur Terrasse geschlossen.

Appartement magnifique avec une vue fantastique. L appartement est tres bien equipe Une piscine tres agreable Marco, le proprietaire tres sympatique.

The residence is spacious, clean and airy, it has all the amenities you would need (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster etc.). It is well-equipped in terms of appliances, dishes, cutlery and all that stuff. It has a big terrace overlooking a banana plantation, the ocean, some of the nearby hillside. It is centrally positioned on the island which makes it a great base to explore any part of Madeira. We were never more than a 20-30 minute drive away from pretty much anywhere. It has on-site, gated parking, so no worries about the rental car getting damaged. Marcos, the host was great, super friendly and involved. He shared a lot of information, checked in to see we're ok, speaks fluent English and is very reliable. One of the best hosts we've had. The wifi works well, and there's a range extender that helps cover the entire house. Overall, super quiet and peaceful, great place to relax.

Mostly minor things, nothing that broke the experience in any major way: - the ramp into the parking area is steep on both ends (looks like this ^). cars that are both long and low (like our Ford Focus ST was) will likely scratch the bottom unless you drive in at an angle. - there are some noisy dogs and roosters nearby that sometimes will start barking/croaking at 3am. Only really noticed it a couple of nights. - the bed in the main bedroom was much too soft for our taste, and very squeaky. any small shift in position will make sound. - saw a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, probably coming up the pipes. we had Raid spray on hand to deal with them, so not a big issue. - water pressure was pretty low and sometimes took some time to heat up, but it was decent overall. no idea how it is on the rest of the island. - probably the biggest downside we was that we expected that the apartment had its own pool, not that it was shared with the apartment complex. A careful read of the description would have prevented this mistake on our part. I do recommend that the description be updated to clearly state this or make it more obvious. On our initial read we were left with the impression that it's a private pool.

Die Wohnung liegt inmitten einer Bananenplantage, in einer kleinen, sehr gepflegten und ruhigen Anlage, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik. Sie ist geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Für uns war es der perfekte place to be für unseren Madeira-Urlaub. Marcos, der Vermieter, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch schon bei Fragen vorab und natürlich während unseres Aufenthalts.
