Very nice delicisius

Room needs water boiler could be better

Spacious, clean room with basic amenities provided. Short 10-15 minutes walk to the bus station as I was travelling to Kyrgyzstan the next day.

The staff did not speak very good english, we used google translate to communicate. I would also have preferred clearer instructions when I asked them for directions to the bus station - for example, she could have showed me the walking route using 2gis or google maps. The neighbourhood around the hotel did not feel safe at night, though I confirm nothing negative happened.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. They stored our suitcases for a few days, when we went backpacking.

We've got charged extra 50% for early check-in, even though no one was using the room and the hotel was far from full.

The staff was nice and helped me a lot.

The hotel is a bit too far from the center, the location is not good, but the taxi there is cheap and the staff helped me to call a taxi and that was nice. There were only a few persons who can communicate in English and I always needed a google translater. The bottle of water was not served from the second day and even i asked they forgot.

I stayed there only one night. The hotel is good and clean
