Comfort Inn Warren - Detroit North

Evening gentlemen was nice and very helpful! All morning staff was super nice and breakfast was good.

Smelt of pot even though it supposed to be smoke free place.

we were charged $20 extra because we had 4 people in our room. No where did it say only 2 guests per room out there will be an extra charge. Everywhere I stay you pay for the room according to bed size. We had 2 queen beds. There were only 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the room. It took the front desk 20 minutes to check me in n

We spent two nights, was in the area for a 3 day roller derby tournament. Originally only planned for one night and we got a jacuzzi suite the first night. It was great, room was clean and bed was super comfortable. We decided to stay a second night and when we asked to book for another night, we weren’t able to keep a jacuzzi room as they were booked that second night. That’s fine, we took any other room available. The gentleman said we could do a late check out, 2pm, so I wouldn’t have to rush back after I had to skate the next morning. Perfect. However, the next day while I’m at the tournament I received a call from housekeeping stating we needed to get our stuff out of the room and that we should have been gone by 1pm. They were kind enough to wait for me to rush there and get my things. We get into the second room and it was a completely different experience. There was still hair in the sink from someone shaving! The bed was stiff and lumpy, nothing like the bed in the jacuzzi room! The breakfast was pretty decent, standard for most hotels.
