"What a Shambles!!!!"

What a shambles experience!!!!
Arriving in Malta at 8pm with a two year old, being unable to make contact with anyone to get access details - ended up booking another apartment for one night, then contacted Booking.com Customer Services the next morning to cancel our stay and had to find an alternative accommodation!!!

"It's in a good location but a bit simple"

It's ok for a few days staying if you want only to sleep..
It was bit simple and poor.. and we had problems with it's cleaning and sometimes with the hot water also..
