I visited that hotel with family. When I reached Thier all staff no knowledge about my booking. They say all rooms are booked. Send other hotel where facility just fan .

"Very very very bad experience"

I left before breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The location was unpleasant because of a bad smell at the main entrance.

The staff, room cleanliness, and overall service were very poor and did not meet my expectations. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall guest experience.
