The net is a little slow.

I’ll start with the location — the resort is in a good spot and the view is truly beautiful. This is the only part that I liked about this resort.

The stay experience was disappointing. The room windows were of very poor quality, which meant we could constantly hear loud wind noise throughout the day and night. During rainy weather, water even leaked into the room through those windows. Considering the high charges for the stay, these are basic amenities one would expect to be in proper condition for a peaceful experience. Coming to room service — even in the cold, they did not provide an electric kettle to warm drinking water. There was also no phone in the room to contact room service or the kitchen; for every request, we had to go down two floors. The food quality was just average. Overall, I would not recommend this resort unless they improve these basic necessities.

The location is good , loved the view from the hotel and they had a good looking pool .

The view was amazing! Very spacious and clean room. The staff were kind and helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool and the food was really good.

- It is 6 km from Munnar downtown on the top of the hill as opposed to what is mentioned on the description as 2.4 km. - Not enough hot water in the room
