Sadly so many things. The room was completely empty. We had no closet, no water cooker, nothing to eat with/from we started even without toilet paper and sheets. Etc etc. Than the was the service. Or actually the lack of it. There was simply no hospitality attitude. Just one example. We wanted to leave early in the morning for a sunrise walk. (4:30) we told the manager so the night before. And on arrival. we found the front door closed and locked when we wanted to leave. We had to wake the manager. Who reacted grumpy and told us that the hotel opened only at 06:00. He first took a shower and only than opened the door. I leave up to you what to think of this. The 5 is actually to high. But the view demands it.

Very good… loved the room… was same as in picture for reference, neat clean washroom, spacious, and view from balcony was awesome early morning….spectacular…

After booking, it took almost for 4 - 6 hours for them to contact us and we almost were searching for another room and being peak time, rooms were full and we were worried Secondly the location or route destination shown in map was almost 9 km far from the actual property, even after they contacted us, it was very tough to reach to the room as the property was very much interior were pathetic… and we reached midnight to the property. But with room and morning view we were satisfied which covered the stress of the day before.. Suggestion : 1) Please attach the exact location of the property in the booking.com 2) Please confirm the booking in 15-20mins max 3) Please keep the boards in a much more visible way. 4) better to have an insect catcher in the room or balcony

Location was little off road but the view from the room was breathtaking. Must stay here if you are nature lover. The staff was also very supportive and hotel is amazing.

Food and the staff were great. Loved the peace and quiet

The owner Pegu, hope I wrote it correctly, was very nice and thoughtful. The room size more than great👍🏼

Hard to reach, no facilities in the area or residency + it gets noicy with ongoing construction and other residents slamming doors or baby crying. Note: (NO A/C + No net for flyers if you want to open the window + No elevator)

Place nice..but reach hotel very hard to find n very normal breakfast
