El trato del personal fue excepcional, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. Sin embargo, la habitación estaba muy sucia. En cuanto a la ducha, el agua salía o muy fría o caliente. Sinceramente, fue decepcionante.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is very convenient, close to important spots and easy to access. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and I truly felt well taken care of throughout my stay.
