We had a good stay at the hotel. We liked the room, and we also enjoyed the pool, although it should be cleaned more frequently as the water was quite cloudy. However, the main issue for us was the attitude of the staff. Before our arrival, I requested a late check-out, and I was told that it would be considered positively. But after staying for four days, when we asked again, we were not given even one extra hour. We ended up having to negotiate for it, which was very disappointing. This was the part we didn’t like — the staff’s attitude towards guests was not up to expectations.

The property was in an ideal location and was extremely clean. We stayed with two young children and would stay here again. Highly recommend getting a massage while you are there. Staff were also super!

It was loud in the evening with other guests.
