THMYthe cleanliness of the room and the surrounding area
1. Before booking, the price shown was RM146 (excl. tax), but once I proceeded to book and was about to pay, the price changed to RM180 (excl. tax). Since I was exhausted and too lazy to find another place, I just went ahead and booked it. 2. The hotel is close to the main road, so you can hear loud noises from vehicles, especially motorcycles, going back and forth during midnight. 3. There was no one at the reception counter after check-in and also the next day before check-out.
