MYMYMY“I feel unsatisfied with my stay here. I couldn’t sleep because there was a noisy family having a BBQ party at night, knocking on our cabin. They treated the place like their own home, and it seems the management couldn’t control them to respect other customers’ comfort who also paid for their stay. There’s only one iron available, and it’s located outside the cabin, which is inconvenient. Each room should have its own iron. The reception area is always empty and locked, so when we checked out, there was no one there, and I had to leave the cabin key inside without locking it.” “In the future, I request the management to place suitable local staff at the reception instead of Indonesian staff. Everyone we asked seemed to be unaware, and we faced communication issues. I also request the implementation of guidelines to prevent noise disturbances to respect the comfort of other customers. Furthermore, please provide baby cots/cribs as we had to pay RM30.00 for an extra mattress due to concerns about the baby falling if not sleeping in a crib. I hope the management takes this matter seriously.”
