USThis is a sleek, stylish, and quite comfortable space for travelers. Everything is very new and spotless, and I like the high sloped ceiling and woodwork in the living room - kitchen space. David was very kind to let me park my rental car in the driveway for easier parking than on the residential street. I very much enjoyed my time here and can easily recommend this as a perfect base for exploring lakes Wanaka and Hawea.
I couldn't figure out how to operate the cooktop or microwave (and did not want to wake david so early for help). I finally got the cooktop to work for cooking my morning oatmeal by checking out a youtube tutorial.

AURoys View is in an exceptional location in Wanaka with easy access into the town and beautiful views to sit on the front porch and relax. I loved the space and the experience was complimented by David and Jenny's warm welcome. They create a perfect balance of offering and leaving you to enjoy your stay, knowing you could call out at anytime. The space was incredible with beautiful furnishings and everything I needed for the week.

Lots of storage space in closets but could be better optimized with hangers/organizers etc. Kitchen edge missing caulking. Technology I.e., central heating, microwave oven etc quite complicated and not very user friendly if not familiar.
